Salary NJC Scale 6 Point 26 £22,443 plus Outer London Weighting (£1,773) per annum plus 5% Pension contribution – 35 hours per week.
This exciting role involves delivering and managing the activities of the Supported Volunteering Project. This project aims to engage Greenwich residents who face additional barriers to employment through a supported voluntary placement. The project will provide one to one support and act as an intermediary to ensure people access the services they require through volunteering and training to increase their employment prospects.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and experience of managing a team of volunteers. In addition candidates will require a good knowledge of the issues facing vulnerable people in social housing, or disabled people, as well as supporting this client group is essential.
