Neil has been a Greenwich resident for more than 20 years. He is a Chartered Surveyor of more than 30 years experience and worked on London’s successful bid to host the 2012 Olympic Games, writing the master planning brief for the six square mile Lower Lea Valley site. |
Lynne ReganVice Chair |
Lynne is the Manager of Volunteer Centre Bexley and also holds Trustee roles at both Volunteer Centre Greenwich and Volunteering England. Lynne has been an active volunteer over the last 25 years in a number of roles – Brownie Pack and then Beaver Colony Leader; Special Constable, School Governor and Hospital Visitor. |
Chris MinnochTreasurer |
Chris joined Greenwich Housing Rights in September 2002 as Volunteer Co-ordinator and Housing Advisor. He was previously employed in a similar role in Christchurch, New Zealand. He currently manages Greenwich Housing Rights, a local charity providing legal advice and training on housing and related issues.

Lisa is involved with several different organisations where she undertakes voluntary work. She is also involved as a volunteer on several other Management Committees and has been a member of the Volunteer Centre Greenwich Board of Trustees for seven years. |
James LambertTrustee |
James has lived in Greenwich for 26 years. He has previously volunteered for Volunteer Centre Bexley and worked regionally for Greater London Volunteering. In his last role with Volunteering England he worked both nationally and internationally and undertook a number of roles. |
Chris GrigsbyTrustee |
Chris is a Human Resources professional having worked in the commercial sector for over 30 years. His specialist skills are in the area of industrial relations having worked with Trades Unions and other trade associations. Chris is now semi-retired but still undertakes projects, mainly advising clients on Employment Tribunal claims. |
Marian PattersonTrustee |
Marian lives in the borough of Greenwich. She previously worked for Citizens Advice for approximately 15 years; spending five years at Swanley CAB as a volunteer. Marian is now working at Volunteer Centre Tower Hamlets as their Volunteering Brokerage Manager. |
Kate AskewTrustee |
Kate has worked in community education for over 20 years and is currently a Community Development Officer within the Community Engagement Unit at Greenwich Community College. She also teaches on a variety of health and social care courses and is an experienced health and safety representative. |
Cheryl ChowTrustee |
Cheryl is a qualified accountant from the ACCA. She has been qualified for over ten years and has worked mainly in the media sector and has lived in Greenwich for the past three years. She is currently having a career break as she is expecting her second child. Cheryl is very excited to be able to utilise her skills for the benefit of VCG and would like to give something back to the community by volunteering and learn more about the volunteer sector. |
Theresa PiniTrustee |
Theresa has spent all of her career in Human Resources within the private sector and her last position in the UK was as HR Director (UK, Ireland and South Africa) for a large international electronics company. She then transferred to Amsterdam for four years where she was the global head of leadership development with particular focus on the emerging markets. Her experience in volunteering was with UNICEF where she was the Treasurer and then Chair of the Cambridge branch. Most recently she was a proud Greenwich volunteer for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. |
